Position: Account Assistant (WFH)
Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000
Office Location: Tanjung Malim, Perak
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30AM - 5.30PM), Saturday (8.30AM - 1.00PM)

Job Description:

• Utilize SQL Software or other accounting software to manage and maintain the company’s financial records accurately.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded and updated in the system promptly.
• Assist in preparing and managing budgets, ensuring that all financial plans align with the company’s objectives.
• Monitor and report on budget performance, highlighting any variances or areas for improvement.
• Organize and maintain financial documentation, ensuring all records are upto-date and easily accessible.
• Handle the filing of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents in accordance with company policies.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and compliant.
• Prepare and process invoices & E-invoices for clients and vendors, ensuring timely payments.
• Assist in preparing tax documentation and liaising with outsourcedaccounting services to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare management account, profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow and etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
