Job Title: Quality Technician (Measurement & CMM)
Location: Tanjung Malim, Perak
Department: Quality / Inspection

Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Technician with hands-on experience in measurement tools and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to support inspection and quality assurance activities.
Candidates with a quality background and manufacturing exposure will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspection using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges.
• Operate and support CMM inspection activities according to drawings and specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection standards.
• Record, analyze, and maintain inspection results and quality reports.
• Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
• Assist in quality investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ensure inspection activities comply with quality standards and procedures.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with measurement tools and CMM is required.
• Background in Quality Control / Quality Assurance will be an advantage.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand inspection criteria.
• Familiar with basic quality systems and documentation.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Preferred / Advantage

• Experience in manufacturing or automotive-related industries.
• Knowledge of ISO / IATF standards is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure in measurement/CMM may be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Measurement tool & CMM experiences : 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
