Responsibilities

• Check-in patients, obtain necessary patient information to file and update patient records and ensure all forms and consents are completed by patients
• Receive and direct phone calls & schedule appointments
• Handle billing process
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies
• Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients’ health history
• Arrange inventory of all medication and pharmaceutical supplies & stock arrangement

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Medical Assistant or relevant field
• Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Detail-Oriented Works Well with a Team
• Strong Customer-Service Skills & Good Listener
• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills & Organisational Skills
• Mathematical Skills & Scientific Skills,
• Possess positive thinking & good working attitude
• Willing to take up accountability & challenges

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
