Job Title: Production Executive

Location: Tanjong Malim, Perak

Industry: Automotive Manufacturing

Job Summary:

As a Production Executive at PEPS SANLY JV, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assembly line, ensuring efficient workflow, meeting production targets, and upholding quality and safety standards. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of production output in accordance with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily production activities to meet planned output and efficiency targets.
• Supervise line operators and ensure smooth operations across the assembly floor.
• Ensure production schedules and plans are executed as per timeline and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and waste.
• Collaborate with QA, maintenance, logistics, and planning departments for continuous workflow improvement.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, downtime, and efficiency reports.
• Assist in training new production staff and continuously improve team performance.
• Support improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Participate in internal audits and ensure production compliance with ISO standards.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment (automotive industry is an advantage).
• Good understanding of production planning, assembly processes, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production-related reporting tools.
• Able to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts or extended hours as needed.
