- Manage project’s costs, Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Budget, Actual & Forecast, Technical Breakdown Evaluation (TBE) and Commercial Breakdown Evaluation(CBE)
- Develop Cash flow forecasting and Monitor to establish adequate controls over actual commitments & spend against budget
- Change Control Management and Invoicing & PO issue support
- Report regularly on project performance (weekly & monthly)
- Identify and implement cost management strategies on projects
- Provide inputs to audits as required
Requirements for the role:
- The post holder will have experience with finance controls – preferably in a project
- Working knowledge of contract terms , Handling contractor & vendor queries, The process of issuing PR and PO
- Capability to anticipate risks in cost performance and mitigate and understand project reporting
- Knows how to apply technical knowledge to the job and detailed knowledge of Excel (and other MS apps)
- Good at developing relationships with internal & external customers and Can work well within a team .
- Seeks to satisfy project and commercial requirements based on mandate timeline
