Job Vacancy: HR Manager
Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
Industry: Manufacturing

Job Description:
We are a growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and familiar with HR practices in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full scope of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, Employment Act, PERKESO, EPF, EIS, and relevant statutory requirements
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Handle industrial relations issues, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and grievance handling
• Oversee manpower planning, staff welfare, attendance, and leave management
• Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development
• Support audits, ISO / 5S / compliance-related HR documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in full scope of HR, preferably at managerial level
• Manufacturing background is strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
