Jawatan Kosong Food & Health Supplement Chemist in Nilai

R&D Chemist / Nutritionist : 2 position available

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented R&D Chemist / nutritionist to play a vital role in our product development and innovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating new health food products, conducting research on nutritional content, and ensuring product safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced research and development activities to create new and improved products, formulations and processes.
• Formulate or mixing new or existing product.
• Continuous improvement of existing formula.
• Conduct testing and monitoring on all production or R&D prototype.
• To issue or revise ingredient list, PIF, BMR for existing, newly developed and launched products to internal department or external party.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on trend, pricing, products, etc.
• Resolves customer inquiries/complaints regarding the product and services.
• Work with marketing and technical teams to identify and develop new project, product sample, process and improvement plans. Assist in monitoring the progress of the project according to the goals achieved.
• Must be able to work more than normal office hour
• Must be patient, well personality & Organized person
• Computer literate

Requirements:

• · Diploma/Bachelor's degree or Master’s in Chemistry, Nutrition, Food Science, or related field.
• Sensitive to the FMCG market trend, new news in the market for the relevant category
• At least 1 year and above of working experience in Food & Supplement
• Lead and drive projects independently with minimal supervision
• Good fundamentals in GMP, ISO 9001, Halal and its principles
• Ability to interact in a cross-functional team.
• Location Bandar Baru Nilai
• Result oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
