JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary representative and focal point within our organization, collaborating closely with the company's HSE representative to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ensure that all safety measures and procedures adopted within the company are in accordance with company requirements and Malaysian legislation.
• Provide guidance to the company's management team regarding quality, safety, and environmental issues.
• Interact and coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with statutory and other legal requirements.
• Oversee and manage all Safety and Health activities across the company's sites.
• Coordinate the entry, collection, collation, and safekeeping of all HSE and Security documents to meet the requirements of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Security Data Administration.
• Take immediate action to stop any unsafe acts or processes that appear dangerous or unhealthy.
• Record and investigate all incidents or accidents related to HSE and Security, prepare comprehensive reports to determine root causes, and provide statistical information to the management.
• Support the development and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Initiate and conduct HSE and Security training programs, activities, or promotional efforts within the workplace.
• Regularly inspect company premises and monitor personnel to identify and address any issues or non-conformities (e.g., improper use of protective equipment).

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• At least 5 years’ experience in HSE field.
• Experience in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industry and/or logistics including warehouse operations are an added advantage.
• Possess minimum 3 years as DOSH Registered SHO
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge in oil and gas and petrochemicals safety measures.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements related to workplace safety.

Only shortlisted candidate will be call for screening and interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
