Jawatan Kosong FINANCE ASSISTANT - FULL TIME in Kemaman

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Work closely with the Senior Finance to ensure smooth operation of all matters.

-Support the Senior Finance by inputting into sales and invoice from source documents

-Matching invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices

-Input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy

-Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required

-Plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company’s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner

-Ensure swift payment of invoices

-Resolution of finance related queries

-Provide financial support to team members

-A certain level of flexibility regarding availability outside normal working hours is required to attend events and private views

-Processing and reconciling bank accounts -Processing and reconciling petty cash accounts

-Preparing and executing payment runs

-Processing staff expenses

-Preparation of statutory payments

-Dealing with supplier queries

-Preparing Delivery Order and Invoice

-Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment

-Performs related work as assigned.

-Data & journal entries capturing

-Prepares full set of account (UBS Accounting)

REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Finance or

equivalent

• Have at least 2 year

relevant working experience in Oil & Gas is preferred

• Good written and verbal communication

skills and proficient in the English

• A good team player and be able to

establish effective and good working relationship with all levels of personnel

• Able to work overtime

• Posses positive attitude,

excellent presentation & communication.

OTHERS - Job declared as Contract and will be continued upon requirement
