Gapima Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies April 2026

• To support Material Management Executive in handling freight forwarding activities such as import, export and customs clearance.
• Plan and perform materials delivery execution through monitoring, communicating and issuance of reminders to COMPANY vendors / sub-vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials to ensure no disruption to operations.
• Plan and manage the hauler for import and export shipments
• Represent company to deal with local authorities (i.e. customs/OGA) – for day to day escalation.
• Coordinate with the liners/freight forwarder - detention/demurrage.
• Prepare, verify and consolidate shipping documents (e.g. Packing List, Bill of Loading, Airway Bill, Material Safety Datasheet) to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents in line with the established COMPANY policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements for timely clearance process thus avoiding delay on cargo release at Customs checkpoints.
• Prepare, coordinate, and process the application of payment for Customs duty, GST, advance payment to COMPANY’s vendors / sub-vendors for submission to COMPANY’s Finance in order to facilitate expediting process.
• Coordinate, analyse and resolve Criticism of Materials (COM) by communicating and engaging with COMPANY’s vendors / sub-vendors, End-users and Buyers for COMs issued for off-spec, damaged or shortage of materials delivered to ensure correct materials (in terms of quality and quantity) are delivered as specified in the order.
• Execute shipment consolidation for all COMPANY entities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
