Jawatan Kosong PURCHASING CLERK in Taiping

Responsibilities:

~ Responsible for purchasing goods and services for the company.

~ Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to maintain sufficient stock.

~ Manage relationships with suppliers to meet the company's needs.

~ Analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify trends.

~ Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and procurement laws.

~ Undertake ad-hoc functions, and related duties as required.

Qualifications:

-Have a Diploma in a relevant field.

-Proven experience in purchasing or a related field.

-Strong negotiation and communication skills.

-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

-Familiarity with procurement processes and regulations.

-Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

-Proficient in record-keeping and data management.

-Knowledge of inventory management practices.
