Jawatan Kosong Sales Admin Executive in Taiping

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts
• Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems
• Coordinate with sales representatives, finance, logistics, and operations teams
• Track sales performance, targets, and reports for management review
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and documentation
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
• Ensure accuracy of sales data and compliance with company policies
• Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and reminders
• Manage filing systems (physical and digital) for sales documents

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in sales administration, sales support, or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills
