5. Pengurusan proses claim penggunaan perlindungan kesihatan syarikat panel

6. Bertanggungjawab untuk menyelesaikan sebarang masalah yang timbul semasa dalam proses claim yang melibatkan pesakit

7. Pengurusan pembayaran perlindungan kesihatan syarikat panel
