Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Duties

• Stock shelves and ensure product displays are appealing and well-maintained.
• Communicate promotions and sales to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills, including retail math.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
