Jawatan Kosong Restaurant Managers BBQ in Kemaman

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Accountable for profitability of the restaurant by building sales and controlling costs.

▪ Responsible for all activities in achieving smooth restaurant operations and creating exceptional customer experience.

▪ Execute promotions and marketing plans effectively to achieve expected sales result.

▪ Measure customer’s satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints and services recovery.

▪ Ensure restaurant has optimal number of staff, take appropriate actions to retain staff and make full utilization of manpower resources to maximize productivity.

▪ Take charge of training, motivating and leading the team to achieve expected goals and objectives.

▪ Comply with all service and food quality & safety standards in accordance with company’s policy guidelines as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

▪ Manage shifts in rotation with the other restaurant management team to ensure proper hand-over/take-over of subsequent shifts.

▪ Complete daily paperwork, periodic inventories and statistical reports.

Requirements:

• Have a relevant certificate in F&B/hospitality/culinary studies.

• At least 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience in F&B industry.

• Sound knowledge in full dimensions of restaurant functions including cost management, customer handling, people management, workplace safety and record-keeping.

• Able to handle wide range of restaurant activities, identify issues and recommend proper solutions.

• Can speak, read and write English and Bahasa Malaysia sufficiently. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact and maintain good relationships with people.

• A self-disciplined, self-motivated person with good leadership qualities.

• Always maintain high standard of personal hygiene, neatly attired and professionally groomed.

• Able to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing and moving around.

• Required to work on rotating shift basis which includes weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
