Job Vacancy

Position: Production Assistant Technician

Company: CJ Bio Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Job Descriptions:

• To control process of production department
• To measure level of liquidity at deco tank at the right quantity
• To always alert regarding process flow or target for planning purpose
• To have knowledge related with; Carbon, Permeate & Dissolving
• To ensure all material required at deco process being completed before transferring to Feed tank
• To daily write Operation Data Sheet (ODS) for process area involved To always alert if alarm signal is appearing at PLC
• To verify cause of trouble at machine pressure filter
• To check condition of machine pressure filter and write down at ODS
• To do a sampling of “C1FL Cushion’ include with macro filter, dissolving, carbon, thickness etc.
• To bring sample of C1FL Cushion and dissolving to quality department for analysis by daily
• To check ‘SLAM – Cloth” machine and submit a picture to Shift Leader for every shift at daily basis
• To monitor and checking Hydraulic/pump machine
• To always check and do a maintenance if production increase to avoid trouble at micro/macro filter, pressure filter machine
• To always check data at PLC system, if there have an abnormal need to check with sample
• To check by visual if there any carbon at our product produce
• To change a filter if there have a carbon detect at our product come out from pressure filter machine
• To check strainer, proceed a Cleaning in Place (CIP) if flow was slow once get a confirmation with Top Management
• To perform troubleshooting activities if trouble occur at workstation process area
• To perform Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) such as cleaning, repairing as per instruction
• To daily fill up Operation Daily Sheet (ODS) at own process area
• To give full commitment for any 5S activities ordered by Management
• Comply with safety requirements and procedure and by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with safety
• Contact with Engineering departments to report if there are troubles of equipment such as instruments, electrical and mechanical and supporting if needed
• To laisse with Shift Leader, Engineer and operator when required a data for generate a report etc. 5S, TPM, My Machine My Area and to be submitted to Head of Department

Qualification and Education Requirements

Educational:

• Minimum requirement Diploma holder from any field of studies

Experience:

• Fresh graduate or with one or two years working experience

Skills:

• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintain a positive attitude manner
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignment to complete a task
• Have an excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effective communicate within Expatriate within an organization

Language:

• Fluency, both written and verbal in English and Malay.

Others:

• Able to give a commitment for any ad-hoc task assign by Engineer/Head of Department
