Jawatan Kosong Content Producer & Host in Cyberjaya

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Content Producer & Host will be responsible for planning, producing, and hosting digital talkshow-style content for Todak Academy. This includes writing scripts, inviting and coordinating with guests, and running the overall show format. The role requires both on-camera presence and behind-the-scenes production support, making it ideal for individuals who are creative, organized, and passionate about media storytelling.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Hosting & On-Camera Presence

● Act as the host for talk show episodes, interviews, live streams, and other content formats.

● Engage with guests and audiences with confidence, professionalism, and charisma.

● Represent Todak Academy’s brand voice on-camera.

2. Scriptwriting & Content Planning

● Research and draft show scripts, interview questions, and talking points.

● Work with the content team to structure episodes and ensure smooth show flow.

● Prepare briefing notes for guests and internal teams.

3. Guest Coordination & Show running

● Identify and invite potential guests for talk shows and interviews.

● Handle guest communications, scheduling, and pre-show preparations.

● Assist in managing live recording sessions, ensuring smooth execution of run-downs.

4. Content Production Support

● Collaborate with GFX designers, videographers, and content creators to produce

engaging content.

● Provide input on creative direction for TikTok, YouTube, and social media content

spinoffs.

● Contribute ideas for innovative and family-friendly digital formats.

5. Administrative & Team Support

● Maintain and update show calendars, scripts, and guest lists.

● Assist in preparing simple reports (e.g., content performance, guest feedback).

● Support the marketing team in promoting produced content.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

● Diploma/Degree in Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting, Marketing, or related

field.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English).

● Comfortable in hosting, emceeing, or speaking in front of a camera.

● Basic scriptwriting or storytelling ability.
