We’re Hiring: Japanese Customer Support Executives

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based

Industry: Online Shopping Platform

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in Japanese (English not required)
• Provide solutions and support related to online shopping experiences
• Ensure high-quality and professional communication with customers
• Work in rotational shifts to support global customers

What We’re Looking For

• JLPT N1 certification OR Native Japanese speaker
• Open to all nationalities (visa sponsorship available)
• Fresh graduates & experienced customer service professionals are welcome
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia

What We Offer

Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 9,000 basic (depending on CS experience)
