Jawatan Kosong PROJECT MANAGER in Kemaman

Responsibilities :

1. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

2. Ensure resource availability and proper allocation to meet project requirements.

3. Develop, monitor and track detailed project plans to ensure smooth progress.

4. Manage and control changes in project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate techniques.

5. Measure project performance and prepare reports using suitable project management tools and methodologies.

6. Apply expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) to plan and optimize project timelines.

7. Oversee and manage sewerage pipeline works, pipe jacking, sheet piling, jetty and bridge construction works to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

8. Perform other project-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

2. Proven working experience in project management, especially in civil and infrastructure works.

3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CPM, sewerage pipeline works, pipe jacking, sheet piling, jetty and bridge construction.

4. Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

6. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

This appointment shall be on contract basis for the project "Projek Naik Taraf Jeti Operasi Zon Maritim Kemaman, Terengganu."

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kemaman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
