Jawatan Kosong Payroll Executive in Kemaman

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of payroll processing, including computing salary, allowances, overtime, bonus, statutory deductions and others.
• Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filing for documentation purpose.
• Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.
• Must have experience in operating HR2000 payroll system and Finger Tech Ingress.
• Responsible for tax clearance, EA forms and Form E preparation (including Expatriates income tax computation)
• Liaise with statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, MIRB on payroll/audit related issues.
• High EQ to handle challenging queries from staff, especially . in related to wages, OT and deductions.
• Handle group insurance and SOCSO staff claims.
• Multitask and be resourceful with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work with all levels and cross functions.
• Must be a very meticulous person.
• Training will be provided and guided until you understand the whole process of payroll.
• Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of managing payroll experience with good knowledge of Employment Act 1955

Skills and competencies:

• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using payroll software and systems, particularly HR2000 and Finger Tech.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
