Company Description

An MNC industrial products manufacturer at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan is looking for HR Manager to join the company.

Role Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, foreign worker management, training and development, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources role, with strong knowledge of HR best practices within the manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
