- Manage and deliver the project in alignment with the JM Capital Project Management Framework, including obtaining the relevant stage gate approvals.
- Recruit, manage and lead the project delivery team including both internal and external resources ensuring clarity of scope, communication, and interaction to successfully deliver the project.
- Single day to day point of contact on all project business and managing commercial, contractual & technical issues.
- Manage all working groups associated with the project including providing leadership for technical reviews such as HAZOP, HAZID, value engineering, design integrity, 3D Model reviews.
- Responsible for preparing and managing the budget and spend within agreed parameters.
- Monitor overall project progress (cost & schedule) and use of resources ensuring corrective action is taken if necessary.
