Job Description:

• To assist in the absent of the warehouse clerk in the designated area.
• To prepare warehouse team overtime submission as admin cut off date and to be approved by warehouse HOD.
• To follow the instructions and directions from superior always.
• To collect the forklift maintenance records and summarize the report to superior for review.
• Upkeep the office cleliness and well maintained.
• Align with other department for data transactions and physical purging.
• Coodinate the RMA with related department for correct transcations upon reported by warehouse supervisor / assistant supervisor
• Checking system inventory status to support operation team when require.
• Handle the packaging materials required for loading (requsition and DO entry).
• To participate in the monthly cycle count, half yearly PI count as directions from superior.
• DO auto generate or manual generate and handling of the warehouse documents to truck drivers.
• On time and correct system entry with proper documentations received are require.
• Ensure the data recordings and document filling are propoerly keep and maintained.
• Support to superior on data recordings, transactions and report preparations when request.
• Intermediate person to contact between operations and other related departments for work carry out effectively.
• Communiate with other departments for correct data input and ensure the data amendments if needed to enable the operations activities carry out effectively and efficiently.
• To support ac hoc request from superior.

Job requirements:

• Minimum SPM or any equivalent level in Warehouse/Logistic field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in warehouse or logistic is preferable.
• Able to work shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
