Responsibilities:

• Manage and involve in Site Office Administrative works, inclusive of managing attendance system, document control, Letter correspondence, and efficient bookkeeping
• Managing the site attendance system
• Timely update the site office documentation, ensure accurate record management, and document transactions (Invoices, DO, Reports, Letters).
• Issuance of work order(WO), distribution, collection of completed WO

Skills & Experience

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 2 – 3 years working experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Assist in coordinating meetings, trainings and any internal events
• A self-starter, proactive, punctual, honest and a team player
• Possess own transportation
• Able to travel domestic when required
