• Menguruskan dokumen dan fail pejabat.
• Menyediakan laporan dan surat-menyurat.
• Menjawab panggilan telefon dan menguruskan komunikasi.
• Menyokong tugas-tugas pentadbiran harian.
• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan untuk memastikan operasi pejabat berjalan lancar.
