Jawatan:Admin Executive
Lokasi: Shop Lot No. 2-38, Second Floor, Inanam Mall, Jalan Nounton, Inanam New Township, 88450 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Gaji Yang Ditawarkan : RM1,700 – RM2,200 (bergantung kepada pengalaman)
Masa Bekerja : 08:30 am hingga 17:30 pm
Kami sedang mencari calon yang bertanggungjawab dan berpengalaman untuk menyertai pasukan kami sebagai Admin Executive.
Kelayakan & Syarat:
- Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang pentadbiran.
- Mempunyai Ijazah (Degree) dalam Business Studies atau bidang berkaitan.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office & kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.
- Boleh bekerja secara berdikari dan mengurus dokumen, fail dan tugasan pejabat dengan teratur.
Tugasan:
- Menyediakan laporan dan dokumen berkaitan operasi pejabat.
- Menguruskan fail, surat-menyurat dan urusan pejabat harian.
- Berurusan dengan pihak dalaman & luaran secara profesional.
- Menyokong tugasan pengurusan dan pasukan operasi.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
