Administration Tasks:

• To assist in handling the day-to-day administration tasks in dialysis centre and office.
• To handle incoming calls and walk-in applicants for dialysis application.
• Assess the dialysis applicant and process the dialysis applications by arranging or attending social visit, medical assessment and other necessary tasks.
• To assist in preparing all the signing of agreement documentation for applicants.
• To update and maintain patients’ data.
• To assist and participate in planning and organising of dialysis centre’s events.
• To assist in KKM visit.
• To assist in Management’s approved visitors during the visit of the dialysis centre.
• Provides administration support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
• To assist in preparing meeting report, meeting minutes, photocopy documents, preparing presentation and set up meeting room.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Human Resource Function:

• To issue and distribute of internal and external memorandum/notice/documents.
• Maintains quality service by following Organization standards.
• Maintains and ensures all human resource information are kept confidential.
• To ensure proper documentation of all staff training records.
• To assist in preparing items for training according to the training plan approved by the Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Preferably 1 year working experience in relevant field.
• A matured team player, resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity and able to meet deadlines.
