Jawatan Kosong Pembantu HR & Admin in Nilai

Responsibilities:

-Arrange 2 small company

- Sorting utility & bill, fill up in excel.

-Arrange payment rental & hire purchase

-Calculate overtime on punch card, key in in system in SQL Payroll.

-Payment contribution EPF,SOCSO,HRDF

-Key in any deduction in system before generate salary

-Manage payment salary by bank & cash -Key in & file up annual leave form & mc slip.

- Make an offical letter on instruction given

Requirements:

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Note: Experience with the mentioned software systems is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who possess strong administrative skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
