Accounting Manager Job Description

• Responsible for the company's overall accounting work, improving and improving the company's basic accounting work;
• Responsible for the company's project benefit calculation and project account management;
• Assist the Director of Finance to unify the company's accounting policies and financial management systems;
• Responsible for cultivating and building a good team atmosphere in the office, and maintaining a departmental culture that is integrated with the company;
• Responsible for the evaluation and appraisal of subordinates;
• Conduct business guidance and ability training for subordinates to improve the quality of subordinates;

Requirement:

1. Degree holders in Finance and Accounting.

2. Possesses more than 5 years of relevant work experience in a large corporate or banks;

3. Excellent Chinese expression and communication skills, and good English reading skills (preference will be given to those who is fluent in English).
