Jawatan Kosong Assistant Finance Manager in Nilai

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee & Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable including payments plan schedule, payment certificate, invoicing, receipts, and reconciliations to ensure cash flow requirements are met.
• Analyse & Report monthly management account to top management.
• Monitor & Control cash flow & bank facility such as OD, BA, LC, TR & Term Loan. Ensure timely preparation as per payment plan.
• Checks & Prepare monthly payroll for staffs including PCB, EPF, SOCSO & EA form.
• Monitor & Prepare company income tax CP204, company employer form E & company director personal income tax form BE.
• Monitor & Prepare Company with Holding Tax.
• Monitor & Report yearly tax computation after audit conduct.
• Liaise with external parties such as external auditors, company secretary, tax agents, bank officers, and government agencies.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and undertake special assignments and projects as directed by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Must be able to handle full set of accounts
• Familiar with AutoCount System will be advantages

SKILL NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE

• Must have strong numeracy, with a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
• Must be organized with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (English & Malay).
• Must be capable of maintaining confidentiality

Working Hours:
8:00am ~ 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
