Job Overview

• Control inventory levels and manage stock to minimize waste while ensuring availability
• Train, develop, and mentor staff in food service management practices and customer service skills
• Conduct interviews for new hires while fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction

Basic qualifications
