Jawatan Kosong Injection Molding Assistant Supervisor in Kamunting

Responsibilities :

1 Supervise and coordinate daily injection molding production activities.

2 Ensure production output meets planned targets in terms of quantity, quality and delivery schedule.

3 Monitor machine parameters, cycle times, material usage and process stability.

4 Lead machine setup, mold change and first article approval.

5 Troubleshoot molding defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, warpage and color variation.

6 Ensure proper handling and usage of raw materials, regrind and colorants.

7 Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet quality specifications and standards.

8 Enforce safety rules, housekeeping (5S) and proper use of PPE on the shop floor.

9 Train, guide and evaluate injection molding operators and technicians.

10 Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Planning departments to resolve production issues.

11 Prepare daily production reports, downtime records and defect analysis.

12 Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce scrap and downtime.

13 Ensure compliance with ISO, safety and environmental requirements (if applicable).

Requirement / Qualification :

1 Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics Engineering or related field.

2 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in plastic injection molding with supervisory experience preferred.

3 Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, materials and processing parameters.

4 Experience in managing manpower and shift operations.

5 Ability to analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.

6 Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
