Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, artisan blends, and specialty drinks, in strict accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and hygienic environment by regularly sanitizing workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock efficiently, and replenish supplies promptly to support smooth daily operations.
• Welcome customers warmly and engage with them in a friendly, professional manner to create a positive and memorable dining experience.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge by clearly explaining menu items and providing personalized recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Accurately take orders, process payments, and handle cash responsibly while maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity.
• Consistently deliver excellent customer service while actively contributing to a supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

• Fully vaccinated with a minimum of two (2) doses.
• Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification in any field.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Possession of personal transportation is an advantage.
• No prior barista experience required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
