Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering.
• Candidates with Ir title is advantages.
• Relevant technical knowledge and experience in infrastructures and other related works.
• 10-12 years of working experience.
• Familiar and relevant experiences with the latest government/authorities/agencies standards/requirements.
• Able to collaborate, manage, and supervise closely with all internal and external parties (subcontractors, clients, authorities, consultants, suppliers, specialists, etc.) to plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of activities/works related to the project.
• Risk mitigation and managing skills.
• Cost-effective and control skills.
• Project scheduling and planning skills.
• Candidate will be base at project site in Kemaman, Terengganu.

Responsibility

• Familiar with government projects on infrastructure & building works
• Lead with overall responsibility for the success of all projects from design concept to design completion, working with key partners, budgetary management, project planning and implementation, technical and regulatory compliance, and project completion.
• Ability to lead a team of project members, coach and advise team members towards accomplishing goals, meeting established schedules, and resolving technical/operational issues.
• Managed clients’ expectations and ensured projects were according to schedule and budget.
• Participate in tender preparation and ensure project estimation is prepared with reasonable accuracy.
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyor teams on Project costing, Progress Claims, and Budgeting, Preparing Cost comparison charts between subcontractors, Cost recommendation, and Resource Planning.
• Collaborate and supervise closely with all internal and external parties (subcontractors, clients, authorities, consultants, suppliers, specialists, etc.) to plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of activities/works related to the project.
• Monitoring sub-contractor compliance with quality, time, and budget for the project to run smoothly.
• Prepared the project’s internal timeline and the project construction schedule, and monitored and reported on project-related activities. Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, productivity rates, and established.
• Determine and monitor the needs/resources (manpower, equipment, materials, etc.) for the project within allocated budgets.
• Undertake other assigned tasks as required.
• Ensure best endeavors to promote the best interest of the Company at all times.
• Evaluate progress and preparation of necessary documents, reports, records, plans, drawings, solutions, claims, variation order (VO), etc. that are related to the project.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards relevant to the project at all times.
• Attend relevant/necessary meetings/discussions with all internal and external parties.
• Any ad‐hoc tasks as assigned by the Managing director/management/superior.
• Comply and adhere to the company-published policies/standards/ memorandum throughout the tenure with the Company.
• Obtain relevant permits/licenses from appropriate/relevant parties.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
