Job Description:
1. Highly skilled in welding techniques, including TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), MIG (Metal Inert Gas)
2. To measure and construct components from raw materials through cutting, shaping, and grinding.
3. To assemble fabricated components into a larger machine or system.
4. To perform regular maintenance and repair work to determine the root of problems.
5. To monitor the fabrication and assembly process.
6. To welding components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions.
7. To replace damaged or defective components.
8. Able to read blueprints and drawings to plan layouts and procedures.
9 To determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
10. Able to set up components for welding according to specifications.
11. Able to operate hand/power tools to prepare the parts that must be welded.
12. To align components using callipers, rulers, and clamp pieces.
13.To repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
14.To perform testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws.
15.To maintain the quality of equipment for safety.
16. Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
17. To comply with operations, safety, and maintenance procedures.
Job Requirements:
1. Requires Diploma/SKM/Certificate in Welding/Mechanical/ Engineering and related field.
2. Minimum 1 year work experience in engineering/welding field.
3. Preferably with the special skill in TIG fabrication/welding.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
