Contributes to the technical delivery of projects that generate new products, processes and understanding which have commercial value to JM. - To ensure electrical power supply always meet the required specification.
- To prepare Major Breakdown Report (MBR) as per Engineering SOP in the event of major breakdown within 48 hours.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems – 4CP methods.
- Meeting department objectives/KPIs (Plant Energy) and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
- Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures
Requirements for the role:
- Possess certificate of competency BO category 11KV certificate issued by Energy commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia).
- Have 3 – 5 years working experience in manufacturing plant
- Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices and Kaizen Essential
- Experience reading and tracing PI&D drawings, Electrical drawing
- Require skill, safety alert, able to and follow written instruction in English
- Possess good understanding and working member on ISO50001:2018 management system.
