Jawatan Kosong Occupational Therapist in Kemaman

Occupational Therapist helps children develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for learning and daily activities. This includes addressing fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing issues, and social-emotional challenges that impact their academic and personal growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for quick-learners who are fun and playful around kids.

• Minimum Bachelor in Occupational Therapy.
• Work experience is not compulsory. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
• Compassion and empathy with a thirst for knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, empathy and problem solving abilities
• Have knowledge about learning disabilities, behavioral disorders, and other special educational needs
• Preferably have own vehicle
• Able to communicate well with team members
• Posses a certificate under Allied Health Profession Act 774

JOB SCOPE:

• Assist/Conduct small group therapy for children with special needs(Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Learning Difficulties etc.)
• Prepare lesson plan, take data of students performance
• Track and documents students' progress and modify plans as needed.
• Prepare home activities for parents to practice at home.
• Implements the goals set by Supervisor/Team Lead
• To conduct therapy sessions for individuals and/or groups of students.
• Educate students, parents, and caregivers about therapy techniques and resources
• Ensure all therapy sessions and practices comply with health regulations and ethical guidelines.
