Jawatan Kosong Warehouse Executive in Kemaman

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide and execute effective Planning, Strategy and Advisory Plan, for warehouse operations and the establishment of an information database to facilitate and meet COMPANY business requirements while ensuring compliance with COMPANY and Government established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, practice of good governance and integrity in the overall process and practices to support operations.
• Plan and manage warehouse activities spread across multiple locations separated by wide geographic regions in the safest and cost effective to meet COMPANY business requirements while ensuring compliance with COMPANY established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, practice of good governance and integrity in the overall processes and practices to support operations.
• To manage ad-hoc & urgent requests for materials with no interruption to operations.
• To ensure the adherence and compliance to COMPANY’s policies and statutory requirement.
• To manage and monitor warehouse / distribution performance.
• To manage and monitor documents for warehouse management activities as per requirement.
• Compliance with statutory requirement for inbound and outbound shipment.
• To maintain confidentiality, integrity and sensitivity of information and uphold strict compliance to work processes, guidelines, procedures and regulations set by COMPANY and authorities at all times.
• Represent manager in the event he/she is not available.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Degree Holder in Logistics, Economics, Business Discipline or equivalent or Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical industry is an added advantage
• Experience in Supervisor level (advantage if Exposure to the warehouse and distribution environment.

Only shortlisted candidate will be call for screening and interview.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
