Job Decription:

• Operate Ambulance Vehicle: Drive the ambulance safely and efficiently in both emergency and non-emergency situations, adhering to traffic regulations and road safety protocols.
• Patient Transport: Assist with the loading and unloading of patients, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on the ambulance vehicle and its equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with emergency medical personnel, dispatchers, and receiving medical facilities.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency calls, providing support and coordination during the response and transport phases.
• Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to patient care, vehicle usage, and incidents.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to infection control practices.
• Patient Interaction: Provide compassionate and professional interaction with patients and their families, addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirement:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in emergency vehicle operations or related training preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience as an ambulance driver or in a related field is advantageous.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
• Strong driving skills and ability to operate emergency vehicles safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Knowledge of local roadways, traffic patterns, and emergency response procedures.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move patients and equipment; may require long periods of sitting, driving, and occasional physical exertion.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
