Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
• Greet and assist customers in the store, providing excellent customer service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable postpaid telco plans.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the latest Apple products and telco plan offerings.
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of our postpaid telco plans.
• Sales Promotion:
• Actively promote and sell postpaid telco plans to customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
• Operational Duties:
• Assist with stock management and ensure the store is well-organized.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
