Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Menguruskan operasi pentadbiran harian Pusat Bertauliah.
• Menyusun dokumen, fail & rekod pelatih/syarikat.
• Mengurus surat-menyurat, pendaftaran & komunikasi rasmi.
• Membantu penyediaan laporan, jadual latihan & dokumen sokongan audit.

Kelayakan Minimum:

• Diploma/Ijazah dalam bidang berkaitan (Pentadbiran/Perakaunan/Pengurusan atau setara).
• Pengalaman kerja di pusat bertauliah / institusi latihan / TVET adalah satu kelebihan.
• Mahir Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Kemahiran komunikasi & organisasi yang baik.
• Berdisiplin, teliti & mampu bekerja secara berpasukan.
