Role and Responsibilities :

• To provide input for overall planning and monitor the implementation of the Safety & Health and Environmental Management System for assigned project.
• Perform workplace inspection in reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the programmes implemented to reduces the accident/incident, unsafe act/unsafe condition at the site.
• Comply and review the requirement of the Project QHSE plan.
• Work closely with relevant authorities, such as Department Occupational safety and Health (DOSH), and Environment on matters related to HSE.
• Ensure Site Safety Supervisor carry out regular safety visit, audit and inspection.
• Ensure all the machinery policies, procedure and instructions are comply with JKKP regulations.
• Other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time

Qualification and Requirement :

• Registered with DOSH as a Qualified Safety & Health Officer with a valid Green Book.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related to the occupational safety and health field.
• Good site practices, and knowledge with HSE, Reporting, Time Management, Writing and Communication Skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and able to meet deadlines.
• Possess good planning and supervision skills
