• We need candidate who can ESTABLISH educational based resort incompliance with SDG.
• Candidate must experiences in handling small team and using collaboration technique in developing resort business.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
• Candidate must expect multitasking work since our company is still in start up mood.
• AsiaCamp provide EPF, SOCSO and SIP.

Main Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the resort.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate resort staff, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
• Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate regularly with owners, investors, and other stakeholders.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
