Job Descriptions

• Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Perform any other tasks or assignments as required by the superior.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
