SUPERVISOR

Position: Supervisor

Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,500

Requirement:

1. Education: Minimum diploma in business management or any related field

2. Gender: female or male

3. Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in retail management.

4. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.

6. Ability to work in team and handling staffs.

Job scope:

1. Team leadership:

- Responsible for managing and leading store team

- Manage attendance and leave for all operation staff.

2. Sales and customer service:

- Drive sales and provide customer service

- Monitor sales and entertain customer both online and in-store

3. Merchandising and visual presentation:

- Ensure visual presentation of the store is attractive and well organized

4. Inventory management:

- Responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels.

- Assist with stock take and regularly update stock in system

5. Operational management:

- Oversee day to day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, and cash handling.

- Involve in organizing new arrival item in store.

- Manage stock distribution for agent and boutique.

6. Reporting and analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and staff performance.

- Report to manager in any related issues in store and boutique.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
