Jawatan Kosong R&D Technician in Kemaman

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To perform production tests on a laboratory scale and further the experiment for the scale up test in the pilot plant if required.
• To have knowledge related with;

- Lab operation

- Instrument handling

- Pilot production process

• To report the test result to the Engineer/Team Lead after verifying the stability of the analytical result based on scientific knowledge
• To work together with team members to carry out daily tasks.
• To solve the cause of equipment error and report to the Engineer if necessary
• To troubleshoot the cause of experiment failure with the discussion with the Engineer and Team Lead
• To deliver scientific idea on the process improvement
• To perform product analysis which complies to the correct dilution factor
• To update any abnormalities at the workplace to the Engineer/Team Lead
• To perform troubleshooting activities if trouble occur at workstation process area
• To handle hazardous chemical in safe and convenient manner
• To discard unused/expired sample in the workplace
• To check the inventory of the chemical used in the lab
• To report about the daily process to Engineer and Team Lead
• To perform Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM), such as cleaning and repairing as per instruction
• Comply with safety requirements and procedures and by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with safety
• To laisse with Engineer and operator when required data to generate a report, etc. 5S, TPM, My Machine My Area and to be submitted to Head of Department

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
