Jawatan Kosong Barista PETRONAS Penapisan Terengganu Kerteh in Kemaman

Job Descriptions:

As a Barista, you are responsible for serving customers in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent customer experience.

A Barista will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, according to customer’s order.
• Serve prepared foods which is inclusive of but not limited to pastries, ice cream, desserts.
• Operate till drawers or cash registers and issue receipt to customers.
• Manage multi payments platform and process returns or refunds when necessary.
• Assist in stock arrangement and product merchandising.
• Ensure counter area is clean and perform dish and utensils cleaning.
• Manage customers in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of F&B menu which is inclusive of product, promotion, and pricing.
• Ensure menu offerings are ready and well prepared.
• Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues or customer complaint.
• Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner.
• Practice grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• To assist and adhere to the cash management procedures set by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum education qualification: SPM
• 1-2 years related experience preferably in F&B preparation and customer service.
• Knowledge in Food Hygiene Regulations is added advantage.
• Connecting & engaging with customers.
• Maintain a clean & organize environment.
• Upselling on food, beverage & merchandise.
• Provide quality beverage & food products.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Ability to work on your own or in teams.
