We Offer :

Elite Development Programme or Pru Venture Manager with a bridging income from RM2,000 to RM10,000.00

Required Skills :

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must
• Good IT knowledge, Words Doc and Excel is an added value
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good interpersonal skills

Job Scope :

• Sales and Marketing
• Recruiting new team members
• Conduct career talks in universities, colleges, and associations.
• Training and coaching to new candidates prior to promotion
• Attend daily training through Zoom platform at 8 am
• Comply with sales target and give full commitment to all company's meetings

Education :

• Must have a minimum of 5 credit passes in Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM)
• Diploma or higher in Finance, Banking, Marketing & Sales will be an advantage
• Working experience in sales and marketing as an added value

License :

• Must possess own transport, at least a motorcycle or a driving license
