Key Responsibilities

• A leader responsibility include ensuring quality, achieving output targets, managing manpower effectively and material usage reducing attrition
• Leader must ensure that product are ready and shipped on schedule to meet export deadlines.
• To ensure smooth operations and maintain productivity.
• To responsible for production line quality and output to meet schedule plan.

Requirements:

• Minimum STPM or Diploma (Electrical/Electronic Engineering)
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year
