Jawatan Kosong Production Supervisor in Taiping

Job responsibilities:

• To supervise a group of production leaders and operators to ensure that all work done is according to procedures to meet production and quality requirement.
• To give on-the-job training to production leaders and operators from time to time and to ensure that only competent operators are assigned at specific workstation.
• To compile/check production reports and records and to ensure accurate recording being capture for continue improvement analysis.
• To initiate corrective actions when nonconformity is identified to make sure down line working according to procedure and meet requiremnt.
• To identified continue improvement training needed for production floor personal to ensure lower level able to perform well on the job being assigned.
• To monitor from time-to-time machinery or other issues that will affect line performance, feedback and follow up till issues being solve and line to perform to meet management requirement target.

Job Requirements:

• Requires Diploma/SKM/Certificate in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronic/Engineering and related field.
• Minimum 3 year working experiences in production and engineering field.
• Preferably who has skill of mechanical troubleshooting and supervisory.
• Preferably who has experience in food manufacturing field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
